At Hemline, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
